Your New Home
When the home is finished and ready to occupy, we will walk you through the operation of your new home and will prepare you to live in it. We explain all of the operating systems, how they work, how they were assembled, and review any specific questions or concerns you may have. We also review homeowner maintenance tips and specific homeowner responsibilities to keep your home like new, year after year.
Always Available
Rob and Marc are always there to answer any questions you may have about your new home. If a situation arises, we ensure that a representative of MDG is always there to help and respond promptly. If any part of your home needs attention, we work quickly and effectively with our team members to address the issue.

Halley Commons – Fairfield
Located just minutes from Metro North and I-95, these new construction townhomes offer an open floor plan with 1,525 square feet of living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2½ baths. Each unit features low-maintenance interiors and exteriors. All the garden-style units have immediate access to their own portico and rear patio.
