Rob Michaud
MANAGING PARTNER
Rob has been involved in all aspects of residential construction and land development for over 30 years. He is driven by the many future opportunities in the ever evolving housing industry and is always determined to offer value in all of Michaud Development’s projects.
Rob serves as the Sr. Vice President of the HBRA, Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County. He also serves on the events committee, and is the 2022 President's Award recipient for his contributions to the organization.
Rob holds a B.S. in Construction Science from Roger Williams University and is committed to continuing his professional education and certifications.
Marc Michaud
MANAGING PARTNER
Marc has worked side by side with his brother for the past 26 years, collaborating every day on the future of the housing industry. Marc oversees the day to day project management and has a vast knowledge of all the ever changing codes and compliances throughout the building industry.
Marc serves on the State of Connecticut Codes and Standards Committee for the HBRA of CT. He is also a member of the HBRA of Ct Developers Forum.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from SUNY and is a Certified Graduate Builder as well as a Certified Green Professional and continually studies this ever evolving industry.
